Hack Club Fulfillment Bounty
Promised a prize / flight stipend by a Hack Club program?
Submit claims for unfulfilled Hack Club YSWS Prizes / flight stipends.
What counts?
- Prizes for YSWS events run by or sponsored by a Hack Club HQ employee.
- Flight reimbursements, food reimbursements, any travel related costs promised by the organizer of a Hack Club program.
- Only eligible for bounty if the problem is the fault of the organizer, not due to outside factors like shipping delays.
- 5 months must have passed since submission without fulfillment to be eligble. In case of flight stipends, this deadline is 2 months after the event.
- Semi-fulfilled promises (e.g. received only part of what was promised) may be eligible for partial rewards.
- If responsibility for an event moves hands (e.g. due to staff leaving HQ), the 5 month period resets.
- If you are disqualified from recieving a prize / stipend / event ticket due to any terms of service violations, including a hackatime ban- you are neither entitled to the payout, nor eligible for this bounty program .
What does NOT count?
- Prizes promised by community events, satellite hackathons (e.g. your local daydream event), or from places like #bounty
- Prizes that are delayed due to external factors like shipping delays.
- Prizes that have been already fulfilled, even if they took more than 5 months.
- Prizes for events that took place before November 1st, 2025.
